Indian Bank

I had a very bad experience recently. There’s a lady with glasses whose behavior is absolutely ridiculous. She acts as if she owns the place, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Even the manager seems to fear her, and I don’t understand why employees like her misuse their positions at work. Every time I visit, this lady behaves as though she’s extremely busy and asks me to come back later. Because of her, I end up visiting the bank multiple times in a day. Additionally, the way she talks is very rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure how employees like her are allowed to continue working in such a manner.
