Visited Branch on 28-01-2025 and given Customer Service Request Form for transferring my account No. 4193205**28** to Pondicherry Main Branch.CIF was given with Aadhar, PAN and photograph pasted on it. Today contacted Pondicherry Main Branch and transfer not yet effected. Please do the needful (attention Mr.Sreenivasan,Officer-in-charge ) Parimalaselvan, Puducherry.
Visited Guindy Branch on 28-01-2025 and requested ( attention Mr.Sreenivasan ) transfer of my S/B A/c No.4193205**8** to Pondicherry Main Branch where I am living. Customer service request, CIF enclosing Aadhar and PAN copies. Informed that account be transferred in one week's time. Today 12-02-2025 contacted Pondicherry Main Branch and it was informed that transfer information not received yet. Do the needful please. I am 79 years old and can't go to Guindy Branch again.
